Onboarding Customer Journey Map
While working with the Growth team, our research was primarily focused on what makes a great user onboarding experience and how we can incorporate those same ideas into Trint. Remote working made it a bit more challenging to collate and share ideas, but we were still able to create the user’s journey from the first search and discovery of transcription service to being an avid user 30 days+ into their subscription.
Trint Player
The Trint Player is an embeddable extension of Trint that stitches text and audio together, allows the shared transcripts to be searchable on Google & other search engines and makes the spoken word accessible for people with disabilities. (The two images below were the initial orientation)
